All original designs sold by PinME are culture-inspired artwork created independently. They are not, and are not intended to be, official merchandise for the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, MLS, NCAA, any collegiate athletic program, professional sports league or team, any Greek-letter organization, any anime or animation studio, any music label or recording artist, any film or television production, or any other rights-holder — unless explicitly stated on the product page with documented licensing.

References made in product names, collection titles, or marketing copy are stylistic and cultural in nature. They are not intended to suggest sponsorship, affiliation, or approval by any third party.

Custom Orders

Customers who submit artwork, logos, names, phrases, or other protected material for use in custom pins represent and warrant that they either own the intellectual property rights to the submitted material or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to reproduce it.

PinME reserves the right to decline any custom order request in its sole discretion, including requests that involve material we reasonably believe may infringe on the rights of a third party. Acceptance of a custom order does not constitute a legal opinion regarding the customer's right to use the submitted material.

Rights holders who believe a product infringes on their intellectual property may contact us at legal@pinme.com and we will respond promptly.
